Use Pro-Power at its highest level: Condition your swing muscle sequence firing order to optimum performance!
- Attach the leg strap on your left leg. The buckle goes on the outside of your leg, the strap goes around the inside of your leg, through the buckle then back around the outside and fasten to itself.
- Attach each wrist strap; one to the right and one to the left wrist
- Use any club in your bag (we recommend a wedge or nine iron to start) and stand at address with your club 6 to 8 inches above the ground.
- At this point think about conditioning your swing with a continuous pendulum motion, not hitting a ball. Take the club back until your left arm is straight and pointing at nine o’clock. You should begin with your
motion slow and deliberate. You can build your session to generate approximately 40 to 50 percent of your normal club head speed. Continue to keep you club 6 to 8 inches above the ground and your club in constant motion
through out the entire conditioning session.
- Now bring the club through until your arm is at 3 o’clock. Without stopping, go from 9 to 3 in continuous pendulum motion. Increase swing up to 11 or 12 on the back swing and up to 1 or 12 o’clock on the through at
will.
